Privacy Policy and Texting Terms

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, the home address you want valued, the areas and price range you are looking at, your timeframe, how you plan to pay, and any message.
• Whether you agreed to calls and texts, the exact wording you agreed to, and when.
• Technical details our pages receive automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the website that sent you, and ad click codes from Google or Meta.

How we use it

• To answer your request and help you buy or sell real estate.
• To follow up by call, text or email the way you asked.
• To keep records the law requires, including consent and do-not-contact requests.
• To understand which ads bring people to these pages, so we spend less on ads that do not help anyone.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• The Realty Agency's own agents and staff who are helping you.
• Companies that run our systems for us, such as our customer records, phone, texting, email and website hosting providers, under agreements that limit their use of it.
• Google and Meta, which receive limited information about visits and form completions through their measurement tools so we can measure our ads. We do not send them your name, phone number, email or address from the form.
• A mortgage lender, title company or other service provider only if you ask us to connect you with one.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Texting terms

• If you check the consent box, The Realty Agency may send you texts about your real estate inquiry, including texts sent with automated technology.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP (or ALTO) at any time to stop texts. You will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help, or call (928) 539-3000.
• Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying, selling or receiving any property or service.
• Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and ad measurement

Our pages may use Google and Meta measurement tags, which set cookies to tell us when a visit came from an ad and whether a form was sent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

Your choices

• Ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time. We keep do-not-contact requests on file for at least ten years.
